These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided via the Guestlist.pro platform. This includes in particular:
By registering on the platform, the user accepts these Terms. Conflicting terms and conditions of the user do not apply.
Provider: Veysi Yalcin, Platenstraße 12, 50825 Köln (hereinafter "Guestlist.pro").
Organizer: any natural or legal person who registers on the platform to manage Events, sell tickets, or maintain guest lists.
Ticket buyer / guest: end users who purchase tickets via the platform or are added to a guest list.
The contract between Guestlist.pro and the organizer is formed when you register and accept these Terms. The ticket purchase contract between Guestlist.pro and the ticket buyer is formed when the purchase is completed on the platform.
The organizer confirms that they are of legal age and, if acting on behalf of a company, authorized to represent it.
Guestlist.pro provides digital guest lists created and managed by the organizer. Features include: VIP markers, promoter quotas with individualized magic links, real-time sync to the door, plus-one management, and export functions.
Organizers can create tickets in various categories and price tiers. Tickets are sold by Guestlist.pro as merchant of record. Supported payment methods (where available): Apple Pay, Google Pay, card, PayPal, TWINT, SEPA Direct Debit. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.
The box office module enables on-site ticket sales via an iPad-based terminal. Card and cash payments are supported. Box office inventory is synchronized in real time with presale to prevent overselling.
The scanner module validates QR codes in real time. Multi-door setups are supported. A ticket can only be scanned once (double-scan protection). Live capacity data is shown in the organizer dashboard.
Organizers can add ticket buyers and interested users as community members. Joining requires valid consent or a user request. Guestlist.pro provides the technical infrastructure; lawful use is the organizer’s responsibility.
Use of the platform for guest lists is free — no monthly fees, no setup costs.
A platform fee applies to each ticket sold via the platform (flat fee, no percentages). The fee decreases automatically with your cumulative ticket volume in 5-cent steps. The following principles apply:
The platform fee is settled via Stripe at transaction time. Tier progress, fees and payouts are visible in the organizer dashboard.
Tickets sold via QR-PAY or the box office module count toward the presale fee tier and use the same per-ticket platform fee.
Ticket sales are processed by Guestlist.pro as merchant of record. After deducting the platform fee and Stripe transaction costs, your share is paid out to your connected Stripe account. Payout timing depends on your Stripe account and country (typically weekly; often daily or within 24–72 hours). Express payouts (T+1) may be available on request.
The organizer must provide correct bank details (IBAN). Guestlist.pro accepts no liability for delayed or misdirected payments due to incorrect information.
A detailed overview of all transactions, fees, and payouts is available at any time in the organizer dashboard and can be exported as CSV.
Guestlist.pro sells tickets in its own name as merchant of record. Support, refunds, and payment disputes for ticket purchases are handled by Guestlist.pro.
Guestlist.pro aims for platform availability of 99.9% on an annual average. Planned maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance.
Guestlist.pro is liable only for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damage. This does not apply to damages from injury to life, body, or health.
Guestlist.pro accepts no liability for outages caused by third-party providers (Stripe, hosting provider), provided selection and monitoring of service providers is carried out with due care.
The contract is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party at the end of any month. Outstanding payouts will still be processed after termination. In the event of serious breaches of these Terms, Guestlist.pro reserves the right to terminate without notice and suspend the account.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Place of jurisdiction is Köln, provided the contracting party is a merchant, legal entity under public law, or special fund under public law.
Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid rule that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
